I swear I don't have time to update this stupid blog and don't even know why I created it now. I feel like I'm obligated to despite the fact there hasn't been ONE visit to the site since yesterday. I guess doing daily logs before the big traffic hits allow people to know my uh.."roots".

Back to the news. Hurrican Ivan misses New Orleans, so that's good but N.O. will still feel the mighty power of 135mph CAT5 hurricane. Dan Rather still hasn't owned up to the forgeries. It also appears forgeries have been traced to a Kinko's (for all your copying needs! The forger went to the right place) in Texas. More details on Rathergate and all the latest developments at Allah's and Little Green Footballs. Allah's chasing this thing down w/ a sledgehammer so check there often as he's having the most updates and the latest ones.

And I'm so over Rathergate. CBS needs to just own up and end this mess. A few more days of dragging this out they might just achieve their goal of getting people to get so sick of it that they don't care about it anymore. Sure is working for me. Those bastards.

NEWSFLASH: CBS has created its own pseudo-reality!

Got this little goodie from Allah (all hail Allah! He's the bomb), but pretty much everyone of those pajama wearing bloggers got it posted, so I'm joining in on the fun! Who says conformity isn't fun?

Basically ABC's Brian Ross makes an journalistic equivalent of Derek Fisher's game winning shot at the playoffs against the Spurs. You'd think it'd be over now right? Dan Rather has basically dragged CBS to the grave with him, and you'd THINK that CBS would just slowly die, facing the inevitable. Much like a snail when you shake some salt on it. Minus the foaming. Well maybe with a bit of foaming.

NOPE. They decided to go down guns blazing all the way down to six feet under of what can be described as mountains of evidence that's piled up against them. Check out this zinger on the 4th paragraph:

"CBS continues to stand by the documents' authenticity, relying, among other things, on experts who have remained unnamed for 6 days."

I HAVE to say this takes guts. More complete UTTER, and I mean UTTER stupidity than guts, but there are some guts involved I think. I'm guessing about 98% UTTER stupidity (probably closer to 99.7%), and the rest guts. Or faith in that the DNC will uncover the REAL documents and save Rather's charred and scarred bum. "I like it crispy."

Great Idea #1:How awesome would it be for all the bloggers to get to throw rotten tomatoes and other rotten vegetables (maybe roadkill also) at Dan Rather on November 2nd or 3rd? All the big players like Powerline, Allah, Free Republic, LGF gets like 20 hits each since they broke the story and start spreading it like wildfire and did great research. Dan Rather can be locked up in one of these bad boyswhile we hurl rotten carbon-based stuff and insults at him. Oh just think how delicious that would be. Public humiliation at its best, even though Rather's doing that just fine on his own. But you can't beat rotten tomatoe on Dan Rather's face. CLASSIC

Blog goes LIVE

Holy crap. Just the thought of thousands of people flooding to visit my blog gets me all giddy. First I have to build up a customer base. Anyways here's a brief little introduction as to why this blog exists. Here we go:

1. I want to be part of the blogging phenomenon that is going on right now and will soon take over the MainStream Media. After the CBS fiasco (officially still pending, but unofficially OVER), MSM has become untrustworthy. Then later I can tell my grandkids I was part of the "movement" to oust the MSM along with thousands of brave individuals who kept their amateur journalistic integrity in their jammies.

2. A nice place to vent. Maybe some folks out there would find events in my life somewhat amusing.

3. My awesome ideas and opinions are not appreciated by mere mortals around me. Perhaps there are some geniuses out therer who appreciate my thoughts, if not, you all suck. But then again that just means I'm the only genius.
